10.3 Mandatory Vaccines (for onsite/logistics roles): COVID-19, Seasonal Influenza, Hepatitis A/B, and any regionally mandated immunizations.
10.4 Recommended Vaccines (for remote/digital-only roles): Same as above, unless legally exempt.
10.5 Team members must submit verifiable records during onboarding or before business travel.
10.6 Employees unable to vaccinate for health or religious reasons must provide a formal exemption letter.
10.7 Spice Cell requires all active vendor partners to implement similar workplace vaccine and safety policies.
10.8 Spice Cell guarantees compliance with GDPR, UAE data law, and international privacy standards.
10.9 Remote workers are not required to vaccinate unless traveling for work.
